A message from our President:
Hi, I’m Jennifer Tweeten.
Community service and advocacy have been a huge part of my life for many years. Before helping lead the Concho Community Coalition, I served on the Board of Directors for Centers for Healing Trauma and Attachment and worked as the Program Coordinator for the Morgan County Family Center for nearly five years, where I also helped lead the Colorado Community Response Program.
I am a certified Parents Forever Facilitator and received certification through the Family Leadership Training Institute as both a Program Coordinator and Facilitator. Most recently, I worked as a Registered Behavioral Health Technician supporting children with autism and as a Behavioral Health Technician specializing in services for youth and survivors of domestic violence.
Today, I wear a lot of hats. I’m a fiance, mom, grandmother, small business owner, community advocate, and account manager for a property preservation company. More than anything, though, I’m someone who believes that strong communities are built by people who care enough to show up and help.
My family is my greatest joy, and I spend most of my time with them. Throughout my life, I’ve been fortunate to gain experience in community development, advocacy, leadership, and program building. Bringing those skills and that passion to Concho has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life.
I believe every community deserves opportunities to connect, grow, and thrive. Through the Concho Community Coalition, we’re working to create those opportunities while building a stronger future for the families who call Concho home.
I’m excited to be part of that journey and honored to serve this amazing community.
